Diamond K Champions Named at 2016 Houston Livestock Show

Diamond K Ranch owns and exhibited the Grand Champion Junior Heifer Calf in the 2016 International Brangus Breeders Association Open National Female Show at the Houston Livestock Show with KK Miss Sangria 157C2. “Sangria” is sired by Diamond K’s herd sire, Mr. 101 LTD Slugger 915Z11 and out of Diamond K’s former IBBA Show Heifer of the Year, “Shiraz” 157W3. Diamond K Ranch also owns and exhibited the Grand Champion American Red Brangus Bull at the 2016 American Red Brangus Open Show in Houston. This bull is dual registered as an IBBA UltraRed 1 bull and will have semen for sale to the public soon. “Diamond K’s Valentino 317C5” is out of a former Diamond K Ranch IBBA Red Brangus Show Heifer of the Year (317S) and “Valentino” the Red Angus sire who produced the two time AJRBA National Champion Female raised/sold by Diamond K Ranch, KK Miss Liberty 65A & the 2014 Grand Champion Red Brangus Female raised/sold by Diamond K Ranch, KK Miss Sadie 317Z.
